The Express is a innovative lifting equipment, small and portable, which allows a single operator to move a single sheet with a maximum weight of 80 kg. or two operators to move a sheet weighing up to 150 kg. This is available with either a 13” pneumatic wheel for the rougher terrains, it can move through doorways and narrow scaffolding and pathways of 600mm. The Express unloads glass, rotates glass and transports glass. The machine is easy to disassemble and reassemble: the weight of the machine is only 35 kg. When dismantled in 4 pieces it can be easily taken to the construction site on a truck along with glass, then reassembled in a few minutes and used profitably. Handling glass plates and windows can be a back breaker due to the weight and dimension of the plates and the uneven grounds of construction sites. The methods to deliver plates haven’t changed in decades even with windows now getting heavier and larger. Once assembled the Express can unload plates off the truck and then transport the plates and windows on site. The large 330mm pneumatic wheels allow for travelling over rough grounds on construction sites. The wheelbase can be adjusted from 54 cm to 80cm allowing for narrow walkways on-site. Two terrific features of the Express allow the lite or window to be rotated 360 degrees and secondly the operator can also index the lite allowing him to move through standard 90cm wide doorways.
